Terms & Conditions



Welcome to BASE BODY FITNESS!

By signing up for a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Miscellaneous
    • Members must be at least 16 years of age.
    • Members must inform the TEAM if any health related issued filled in the PARQ form.
    • Members who does not know how to use a machine or equipment must ask the TEAM before use.
    • Members must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from the TEAM.
    • Members must follow our Club rules which are displayed around the Club.
    • CCTV is in operation on the premises for prevention and monitoring.
    • All promotional offers must be collected during the month the offer is offered.

  1. Memberships
    • Membership fees must be paid in full and on time, as per the chosen plan.
    • Late payments may result in suspension of access until outstanding fees are paid.
    • Members can cancel their membership by providing 30 days notice.
    • If any Direct Debit is returned unpaid, we charge an administration fee of £20.
    • Members who cancel their subscription will not be eligible for promotional offers within 56 days of cancellation.
    • Pay Per Visit are valid for 7 days and can only be used for one session.
    • Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of a membership term.
    • Memberships are non transferable.
    • Memberships are not to be frozen.

  1. TEEN membership
    • We only allow well behave children in the Club.
    • Members under 16 years of age, a parent must come to the Club to give parental consent and pay at the Club every month.
    • Members under 15 years of age, a parent must join the Gym and train together at all times.

  1. Liability Waiver
    • By using the gym, members acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk and the gym will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
    • BASE BODY FITNESS does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or theft to property or personal injury. We will not be held liable should such incidents occur. 

  1. Changes to Terms
    • The gym reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly for any changes.

  1. Conduct

    • Respectful behavior towards other members and our TEAM is required. Harassment, abuse or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate membership termination.
